Update the resource
Incorporate 32 holes from Phase 4 and 5 drilling into a new Mineral Resource Estimate.
ASX: WMG Western Mines is advancing a resource-defined nickel sulphide project in Western Australia. Phase 4 and 5 drilling is being incorporated into an updated Mineral Resource Estimate, while seismic and technical work help frame the next decisions.

Recent programs seek to improve the definition of shallow mineralisation while testing higher-grade targets and the prospective basal contact. These are exploration and study objectives, not established mine economics.

An EIS co-funded seismic survey is planned to help map the architecture and basal contact of the complex.
Follow up shallow higher-grade intervals and continue diamond work on deeper basal sulphide targets.
The company is working toward an initial scoping study. No completed project economics are assumed here.
Final Phase 5 RC assays reported broad nickel sulphide mineralisation in all seven reported holes. WMG said the updated resource would feed into scoping study work.
Read announcementThe Mulga Tank story rests on systematic RC and diamond drilling. WMG describes extensive disseminated nickel sulphide mineralisation and a deeper exploration model focused on the basal zones.

July 2026 placement commitments, before costs
WMG announced the placement led by Lowell Resources Fund in July and confirmed the issue of placement shares in August. The company stated proceeds would support Mulga Tank seismic work, further RC and diamond drilling, assays and an initial scoping study. Plans remain subject to change.
Mulga Tank leads the company’s current work. These other Western Australian interests provide context without obscuring the flagship project.
